GlaceBayNow, operated by 333254 Nova Scotia Limited, provides this service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of business listings or reviews
Actions taken by businesses listed on the platform
User-generated content posted by other users
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Service interruptions or data loss beyond our reasonable control

Your use of this service is at your own risk. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any).

Third-Party Services

Our app uses third-party services for hosting (Replit) and email delivery. These providers have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

Children's Privacy

GlaceBayNow is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
